Message: Awesome drop-work by Puke in ep 117! I feel like there have been fewer drops per episode lately, and the drops were actually the main reason I’ve stuck with the show. Of course it is not really the drops but the great timing that does the trick.
Btw, I miss the old show-format with “curmudgeon corner”, “new and cool” etc. The last few months (year?) (not sure if it’s intentional?) it feels more like two straight hours of funny talk about anything. Not necessarily a bad thing, but personally I prefer the old way.

Message: I forget if the poo book has a part about pooping blood, so… Blood in the stool, or hematochezia, can mean a few different things. Bright red blood in the stool of an otherwise healthy person is most likely caused by hemorrhoids. It can also be caused by colon cancer although this is more common in the elderly. Dark or black, tarry looking blood is usually caused by a bleed somewhere in the GI tract. Blood is not normally excreted into the GI tract, but poo gets its brownish color from bile. Bile contains bilirubin which is a byproduct of hemoglobin from broken dead/broken down red blood cells that are filtered from the blood stream by the liver.

Now that I think about it, since this has a good possibility of being read on the show, I would also love it if whoever reads this were say, “Ya don’t wanna go down that rooaad” in the exact same voice that Jud Crandall from Pet Semetary would say it.
This would really make my day, and I will donate $5 if this happens. I’m sorry that it can’t be more, but it’s what I can do at the moment. (Joe and I are prepping a holiday package, so I can throw the $5 into that )

These glasses really are awesome, though. Joe and I use them a lot, and not just for booze. I think I mixed ovaltine in mine one time. But the quality really is great. For whatever reason, I was under the assumption that the frost would wear off eventually, but both our glasses are still going strong!
